PrerequisitesThis 2 day workshop is designed for people who are new supervisors, as well as those who are lead hands or part-time supervisors, with responsibility for managing a team, without a great deal of authority. It is also suitable for supervisors who have been in the role for a while and want to strengthen their skills to meet the new challenges facing the organisation or department.
