Professional Training delivers instructor-led IT, artificial intelligence, business and professional skills training. Courses are provided online, at our training centres in Dublin and Cork and onsite for organisations throughout Ireland.

We are always interested in hearing from experienced freelance trainers, coaches and subject-matter experts who can deliver engaging, practical learning. Opportunities may include public courses, customised in-company training and recognised certification programmes.

Areas of Expertise

We welcome enquiries from professionals with expertise in areas such as:

• Artificial intelligence: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, AI in the workplace, AI-assisted productivity and automation, AI application development, AI testing and the responsible use of AI.
• Microsoft applications and workplace technology: Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Access, Project and Visio.
• Programming and application development: Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, .NET, Angular, React, web development and related technologies.
• Cloud, infrastructure and operating systems: Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Linux, Unix, Docker, Ansible, Intune, Endpoint Management and related platforms.
• Databases and data: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, database design, data analytics and data visualisation.
• Software testing: Manual and automated testing, ISTQB-certified training, AI testing and AI-assisted test automation.
• Digital and creative skills: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, along with web and graphic design.

What We Look For

Our trainers combine strong subject knowledge with the ability to make learning clear, relevant and practical. Professional qualifications, recognised certifications and previous experience delivering instructor-led training are particularly valuable.

You should be comfortable adapting course content to different audiences and organisational requirements. Experience delivering both in-person and live online training is an advantage.
